Courtney
Courtney is excited to walk alongside rangatahi and whānau in our communities. She considers it a privilege to get to see them flourish, continue to develop their skills and pursue their aspirations.
Outside of mahi Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and whānau and, making the most of local events and activities. Courtney relaxes by walking/hiking, being outdoors and watching her favourite Shows. She loves learning more about Te Ao Māori and she recently completed a course that explored the role Maramataka plays in our life.
Courtney’s greatest work-related achievement is gaining her Social Work degree.
She believes that whānau and communities are central to helping our rangatahi thrive. What she can do to awhi this is to help form meaningful goals, identify and connect them to resources, and foster relationships to strengthen the support networks around rangatahi.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Social Work (First Class Honours).
