It's about taking things at the pace they (whānau we work with) need," says Kath.
As a Registered Nurse Kath also runs a Rangatahi Health Wellness Hub each Monday, 3.30pm to 5pm helping young people open up about their health and wellbeing. Appointments at the Rangatahi Wellness Hub are FREE and available for those youth aged 12-24 years old.
