OUR PEOPLE

Katherine was asked what does she likes most about her role? Her reply was: "keeping it real, seeing our clients and whānau realise they have the power to reach better health and wellbeing, and then using what I’ve learned along the way to help them do this. It’s just awesome seeing a client have the “a-ha” moment when things start falling into place, and they learn they are 'in control' and have gained an understanding of their health condition so that things make sense. I work with a terrific Team that I’m very proud of".

An important message from Katherine is: "you have the power! Every day is a new chance to take control, reach higher and go forward.  We won’t judge, we won’t preach and you will be supported with dignity and respect to make a difference for good for both yourself and your whanau.  There are people out there that really do care and want to use their skills and knowledge to help you.  Everyone needs help at times".

Outside of mahi Katherine enjoys nature; 'support conservation'; the simple things in life; meditation; music; spending time with loved ones; and on cold wet days.....a good non-fiction book or Netflix.

Katherine's greatest achievements in life so far is being a Mum to her two wonderful young men; achieving her goals in Martial Arts; and going to Poland with her Mother.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Nursing (from EIT), and a Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing (from Massey University).
