What Monique likes most about her role is the ability to be able to connect with whānau in the community and to help them access Support Service(s).

Outside of mahi Monique enjoys whānau time with her partner and twin girls; reading a good self-development book; and being close to the beach.

Monique’s greatest achievement in life is her tamariki; becoming a Māmā; her personal growth; and inner mahi she has completed to become who she is today.

A message Monique wants to share with the community is, Kaua e whakamā. Don’t be shy to ask for help for you and your whānau; we're here to help awhi you.  

Monique holds a Certificate in Social Services Level 3 and Level 4.
