Paul has worked in the Education and Social Services sector all of his working career covering roles such as sole charge Principal, large school Principal, Ministry of Education Coordinator (Special Education) and Case Manager with the Department of Social Development, just to name a few.  

What Paul enjoys most about his role as a Social Worker in Schools is working one to one with the children to implement plans that will improve their safety, wellbeing and educational outcomes.  Paul says that early intervention is paramount in supporting children and their families, where the child’s family circumstances are affecting their wellbeing and ability to learn.

On the weekend’s Paul likes to go hunting or ride his motorbike

Paul’s qualifications include a Teachers College Diploma, Trained Teachers Certificate, a Diploma in Special Needs Resource Teaching and a Certificate in Severe and Challenging Behaviour.
